Story
Hi there,
This May, during Mobility Awareness Month, I've committed to changing lives. I'm helping A Leg To Stand On (ALTSO) move 5,000 miles in 7 days to raise awareness and funds for kids with limb disabilities in the developing world because mobility is a human right.
Did you know there are 106 million children with untreated disabilities in the developing world, but 90% cannot afford care, which means 95% will never attend school?
Together we can change that.
Every dollar I raise and mile I move will provide life-changing prosthetic limbs, orthotic devices, and appropriately fitted wheelchairs for children in the developing world, giving them access to independence, education, and the ability to simply be a kid.
